Amplitube 5 messing with other sounds on pc

When amplitube is running other sound sources like YouTube or Spotify are messed with like the background sounds like drums bass and rhythm guitar are fine but the vocals and leads are all basically muted, sounds like all other sounds playing on the pc are going through the amp settings is there a way to disable this and have it play separately
