ToneX Capture - Cant Hear Amp Gain Channel

I'm trying to capture my Lee Jackson Stealth tube Amp.

Focusrite Scarlet 2i4
Tonex Capture Box
Two Note torpedo captor (load box)

I have watched 1000 youtube videos. Everything is hooked up correctly 100%. When In setting up capture I can hear my DI signal but I can never hear the gain channel of the amp I'm trying to capture. Furthermore, I can complete the entire capture process but when I play the amp I captured it just sounds like it captured the DI signal???

My guess is something to do with the return signal step, when I watch videos everyone is strumming their gain tone on the step and a hear nothing., not even my DI
