AmpliTube 5 Max

I recently purchased the Max and when I went to search for presets, I found some of the amps and pedals with a lock symbol on them. I thought the Max version included everything? Any ideas?

restore your purchases. whatever the problem is, this will work out for you pretty easily. The only thing that should be grayed out are Mesa 2 pack and the xvibe pedals.
