Download Models in Tonex CS

I can't seem to download models in Tonex CS. I know there is only 20 allowed, but when I click on the download arrow they appear and I can play them, but they have the static demo noise.

What am I doing wrong?

That's odd. This is probably a stupid question but did you register the CS software? Another thing to check would be if you're signed in inside the software. I'm just throwing things out there. Good luck man.

Thanks for your answer. But yes, it is registered (downloaded via the IK Product manager). And the Tone Net "light" is green.
