Received my Tonex Pedal today, however I can't update to the latest firmware so that i can use the "librarian". Everytime I try i get a "Firmware Update Failed". I'm currently running tonex v1.1.1 on a macbook pro.
Any suggestions?

So after about 20 tries it finally updated to the latest firmware.

Hey there, did you try anything different to get it updated?
I'm getting the same problem with my macbook air and cannot get the firmware update, even after many attempts.

Please make sure you are running the very latest TONEX software on your computer as there have been connectivity fixes in later versions. If that doesn't help, please make sure you contact IK Support for direct and official technical support so they can help you.
