I am meticulous in backing up my data - especially data that takes hours to create. After capturing amp models in the ToneX app (Mac OS), I know I can convert them to presets and save, export and backup those file (.txp). In looking at the preset files, they appear very small in size, causing me to think there is some original model capture data somewhere on my Mac. I'd really like to back that up - whether it is in individual files or a large database library file. Should those files ever become corrupted and I want to create more presets with my models, I'd like to be able to restore them. Anyone know the path for this data? Or can one open a preset file on any computer and extract the model to build new presets (assuming in this case, the model data is embedded in the preset file)?
