I asked this question in one of the Facebook groups, but I'll ask it here too because I'm not sure anyone really knows. The Brit valve preamp gear is based on the Marshall JMP-1. In real life, this unit would have to be matched up with a power amp of some sort. Typically either a piece of rack gear, the power section of another amp, or a mixing board.
My question is, what is Amplitube assuming as a power amp when this gear is in the chain? Amplitube does not support running this unit into the power section of another amp, it just gets added to a signal chain like any other amp, even though it is only a preamp. Was this gear model created with an actual power amp that isn't represented in the software? Thanks.
