Getting my gear on new computer

I'm sorry but I'm very ignorant and outdated, but here's my issue right now. I use pro tools le 8(it works for me perfectly and I have no need to upgrade) I run amplitube 3 I believe. I have added a laptop and put pro tools on it. I can't seem to get amplitube authorized on the new computer and get my gear. I was directed to an authorization manager or something that I downloaded and tried running it, but I still get a demo version of amplitube that gives me static noise. I can't upgrade to the latest amplitube because I can't use AAX plugins only RTAS. Is there a way to get amplitube to work just like it works on my desktop? Thanks!
