Expression Pedal Question Amplitube 5 & AXE I/O

I have a Nektar expression running into my AXE. When using it to control a wah in AmpliTube, it is recognized and I can use the learn MIDI function, but the pedal only controls about 5% of the virtual wah with its full throw.

In the AXE control panel, it is set to Linear with a min of 0 and a max of 127.

Any idea why the control is so shallow and how I can fix the issue?
