Hello

I transferred Amplitube 4 Max serial.
But, the person who received the sereal
an error message pops up

The error message is ' Server Error: Serial Number not eligible for crossgrade/upgrade
(code :207)"

(In the past I Maxgraded Total Studio 2 Max from this Amplitube 4 Max.
Amplitube 4 Max has a transfer button, so isn't it transferable?)

What's wrong?

I cannot tell which of your licences are for full products and which are for Crossgrades / Upgrades. But perhaps your Maxgraded Total Studio 2 Max is now no longer licensed?

If you have any Crossgrades / Upgrades then you must have a Qualifying Product for those. The same goes for your buyer. if you transferred a Crossgrade/Upgrade then he/she must have a suitable Qualifying Product for that transferred licence to work.

The best thing to do is contact Sales/Account Support, via here, with all the details. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a red button link to the Support form. Sales.account Support can look at your Account and your buyer's Account and see what's going on.

Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.

I forgot that it was an upgrade product because I bought it a long time ago.
It would be helpful to remember if it was marked on my product list. :D

Hi, can I bump up this request to state whether the products are Crossgrades/Upgrades etc. on the My Products page. I was looking to upgrade to TSM3.5 from TSM2 and try to sell a couple of bits to recoup some of the money.... For example. apparently I bought the BX-3 as a crossgrade, no idea what from, and it is only because I searched through my emails that I spotted this.

Also can I sell the product the Crossgrade product is Crossgraded from, I can't even tell which one the BX-3 is Crossgraded from.......Help! :shock: :shock:
