Real Time Transpose

I was wondering if there was a good solution for the ability to live transpose my guitar signal within AT 5. There is a song that I want to play live that on electric guitar is in Em, but has an acoustic guitar part that is up a minor third and uses a capo on third fret. To simplify matters, I'd like to play it all on electric guitar using acoustic type preset for the acoustic parts, but I need those up a minor third and the song does not allow time to put a capo on and off the electric. The pitch shift options I tried in AT 5 (pitch shifter pedal/rack,fender pitch shift rack), just do not sound good to me as they sound processed and robotic. Has anyone solved this problem?
