DI not working in AT5.3

Since updating to AT 5.3 - as a plugin in Cubase 10.5 I can't get the DI to work.
When creating my own setup everything works as expected until I select the DI. Even loading a preset that includes the DI, such as "Z Bass", everything sounds fine except the DI channel, which is getting no signal.

Using AT5.3 as a standalone the DI works as expected.

Is anyone else using 5.3 (beta) experiencing the same issue?
