Running guitar through two amps Amplitube 5

Postby dancrook » Sun Mar 21, 2021 2:49 am

Hope this hasn’t been done before but if it has please redirect and close this thread..

I want to run a guitar through a guitar amp and then through a bass amp and be able to switch between (Royal Blood esque).

Is this simple and possible using Amplitube 5?

Wanna know before I buy

Hello dancrook and welcome to the forum.

You can't run one amp into another (serial) in AT5. You can run 2 (or 3) amps in parallel and then switch them using the mutes in the mixer. Does that achieve what you want?

Isn't the Royal Blood sound acheived by running a bass amp with effects in parallel with a guitar amp and effects played simultaneously? If so can AT5 acheive that?
