Please reply to any email that you have received from Support (even the auto-acknowledgement of your Original Support Ticket) rand request further help.
Redistribution of the software from any other source would contravene the IK Multimedia EULA and could introduce problems onto your system.
If you are unhappy with the response from Support, please have another look at the Forum Guidelines, re escalating a Support Ticket.
