I am
reasonably confident about most of the identifications in the little guide.
You can find similar lists online from others that attempt similar identifications with broadly similar conclusions; for most of the speakers, I think there is not a lot of mystery. I just geeked out a little on the identifications and notes.
However, I remain mystified by what the "Brit Alnico S" is intended to represent: perhaps either a Celestion G12 T652 B025 (which the model in AmpliTube resembles cosmetically, even though these speakers were not used in Vox AC30 combos) or a Goodmans Audiom 60 (which looks quite different, cosmetically, but was used in earlier Vox AC30 combos, and the author of the 2012 book Great Guitar Tone with IK Multimedia AmpliTube thinks these were the Goodmans, though I don't know his rationale for that). I don't have enough (any, really!) experience with either type of real speaker to make a judgment based on the tone of the AmpliTube "Brit Alnico S" speaker model.
It might even be that, back in the day, IKM modeled a Vox combo in which the original speakers had been at some point replaced by Celestion G12 T652 B025 (or similar) speakers?
Who knows!?
