Chorus/Vibrato on Jazz 120 Amp

OK - here is stupid question of the week. How do you manipulate the Vibrato/Off/Chorus knob the the Jazz 120? I have no problem with the continuous knobs (e.g., Volume, Treble, etc). How do you set the three position knob that controls Vibrato/Chorus? I finally got it to move once, but it was not clear what exactly achieved that. And whatever it was, I cannot make it happen again.

And yes, I am brand new to amp modeling. If it matters (I doubt it) I am running in stand alone mode.

As kind of an interesting aside I had been just moving my mouse pointer up/down to move volume controls/etc. I did not realize that they all (apparently) work with the wheel. I don't know why Chorus/Vibrato is an exception which only works with the wheel. I would suspect that this is a (not very important) bug.
