Amplitube 5 on external drive does not show up [Resolved]

Amplitube 5 on external drive does not show up [Resolved]

Hi,
I'm storing all my VSTs on an external drive so I'm able to work on two different computers.
However, Amplitube 5 does not appear in Reason on one of my computers.

The VST is in the right folder and works perfectly on my other machine. SampleTank 4 VST is in the same folder and works both places. From the IK product manager, Amplitube appears both installed and Authorized and I'm even able to open the standalone app.

I've tried re-installing it and placing it in different folders but it just doesn't appear.
Any ideas to what can be causing this?

I'm in Reason 11.3.9d22 by the way.

If ST4 and AT5 are in the same folder and Reason sees one but not the other and both standalone programs work OK, then there must be something odd going on in Reason.

Does Reason ignore plug-ins that it finds a problem with while scanning them?

Yeah. It's really strange.
What I really don't get is that Amplitube vst is working fine on one machine in Reason reading the vst from the exact same folder (on the external hard drive) but not on the other machine.

Ha, I was stupid.
The plug-in had crashed at first start up and then Reason had disabled it.
I fixed this by going to the plug-in manager in Reason and just enabling Amplitube again. Works now! :D
