AT5: previously-purchased gear is not available [Resoved]

Just bought A5. Opened it just now.

How come in the pull down menu in the upper left, under collections, all the ones I own already work, but all the stuff I own under custom shop..... the carvin's, dr z's, engl's, etc etc etc, tells me I don't own them?

Now I also see the collection tab on the right side of the GUI also lists the stuff I do own but shows they're locked.
I hope a restore gear or something fixes this. Never had to do it so don't know how. Hope its not a trick ik pulling on customers...."oh, didn't you read the fine print. you have to buy those again." I'll flip, heh

Just quick flipping through some presets, thankfully it seemingly sounds a million times better. Before this were way too shrill and harsh imo.

Open the Custom Shop app and log in. In the top right-hand corner, click on your username and you'll see Restore My Purchases.

Whew. That solved it. CS has certainly gotten a complete makeover as well, heh
