I submitted a license transfer for my ToneX Pedal through the IK Multimedia website. Since it is a hardware product, it should qualify for a free transfer. After submitting the request, the pedal disappeared from my account completely. It no longer appears under My Products, and I did not receive any confirmation email, serial number, or license transfer number.
I’ve contacted IK support multiple times, but they keep responding with the same generic instructions on how to start a transfer. It feels like they are not actually reading my messages or addressing my specific issue.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Do you know how to recover the serial number or transfer information when the product is no longer visible in your account?
I just want to make sure the new buyer can register it without any problems. Any advice would be appreciated.
