You are not logged in to Tonenet !!!!!???? HELP!

Hi,
I still have not downloaded any amp fron Tonenet, beacause I can not connect to fron TONEX SE.
Each time I push the upper-right button (TONENET), I get the error: ERROR 1018. Couldn't acess the server....
I have un-authorized and re again the software, desinstall the IK product manager, etc.... Of course I have a TONENET account....I've also bought Joe Satriani vault amps. I see them in TONENET website, but I can not connect from TONEX software.
I have also deactivated windows firewall...nothing. I have connected from other placed to a different internet connection...nothing.

Please!!!! Any help.

HOSTS file was the problem.

hi,how do you solve it? delete hosts and recreat a new one ,I try it but cant't do still
