Purchased Captures Aren't Active

I just purchased some collections from Amp Gems through the Tonex website to take advantage of their 50% off promotion. One of the collections is only allowing me to access 2 out of 20 captures. They are all listed but only two are white, all the rest are greyed out and I am unable to load them onto my Tonex One.

I tried restoring my purchases and that did nothing. I'm relatively new to the software so perhaps I am doing something wrong? Anyone familiar with this?
