Hi everybody.
yesterday I've bought Tonex software, but I cannot download anything from ToneNet.
I've followed ALL the steps on the web site.
- Registered Tonex
- downloaded and registered Amplitube 5 CS
- registered myself on ToneNET web site
Now:
- on Amplitube, the Tone NET button has a RED light. If I click on it: Unable to connect to Tone Net, BUT Amplitube says I'm online.
on Tonex instead, clicking on Tone Net, I receive a Error 1018: couldn't access the server (but of course my internet connection is working perfectly), and if the problem persists, please contact support. Instead of Amplitube, ToneX says I'm OFFLINE!!!
- upon suggestion of someone on Facebook Tonex user page, I've changed my Download folder path to the original...nothing!!!
It looks like a nightmare!
Where am I wrong?
