I bought the Tonex pedal a week ago and i'm struggling to get the Tonenet working as well the blackfriday "ODS pack".
I de-authorized/authorized the Tonex software, logged in/out of the productmanager and even uninstall/reinstall all software. I tested with Amplitube but also no access to Tonenet. I can access Tonenet via webbrowser and see that my Tonex version is Max and CS.
First i got error 103, but that was because of no account on Tonenet. Now i get error 1000, couldn't access server". And i do have internet. In Tonenet>settings>account is giving me status "offline" (red dot).
I even tested with a 5G modem to make sure it's not my firewall or anti-virus (all disabled in windows. I created a ticket but still havn't heard anything. So far experience is pretty frustrating.
