Tonex crashing on ToneNet

Tonex crashing while on ToneNet on Windows and Mac .
Anyone else having this issue?

I had this problem when I first installed.All I did was go into the Product Manager and re download Tonex...It says Minor updates etc and since doing this its worked fine.
