Cannot Start Librarian

Hi!

I just got my Tonex Pedal and registered it at ikregister.com and it shows as my Hardware in 'My Products' including the Serial.

Now I'd w like to open the Librarian section in the Tonex Software. But I constantly get the warning message that I have to register the pedal first.

"To access the librarian please register your TONEX Pedal Serial Number via the IK Product Manager."

I reinstalled, registered again, switched from Live to Interface mode and back, read the manual etc.

Nothing helps.

Any Ideas?

So... it was a b-stock purchase and it seems two keys were missing in the box i got.
