yes. on mac I use Blackhole (internal audio routing driver) so I can capture without AD/DA conversion. But you need to have a bit of an understanding about how to use a plugin host app and route audio in your mac and with your interface.
I have to say though, I spent a few hours on this and there was only one capture of a software amp that turned out great (made by a friend), so probably better to investigate in making better amp captures.
