Profile a Wave File

Hello everybody,
Is it possible to profile a sound from Wave file to use it with Tonex?

That wouldn't be possible as you must run the TONEX tone file through gear to get a proper profile. Any other input than the specially-crafted file that TONEX uses will not work. This isn't a simple "eq match" type of process like some other products.
