Has anyone had their ToneX Pedal disappear after submitting

I submitted a license transfer for my ToneX Pedal through the IK Multimedia website. Since it is a hardware product, it should qualify for a free transfer. After submitting the request, the pedal disappeared from my account completely. It no longer appears under My Products, and I did not receive any confirmation email, serial number, or license transfer number.

I’ve contacted IK support multiple times, but they keep responding with the same generic instructions on how to start a transfer. It feels like they are not actually reading my messages or addressing my specific issue.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Do you know how to recover the serial number or transfer information when the product is no longer visible in your account?

I just want to make sure the new buyer can register it without any problems. Any advice would be appreciated.

You would need your serial (is on a card that came with the pedal and was in your account until you initiated the transfer) to give to the buyer. Only IK Support can assist you if you do not have it. Please reply that they have not answered your question and they will continue to assist you until you are taken care of.

Note, though, that you do get a popup with the serial when you click the Transfer button but if you didn't catch that one you should have an email with the serial for TONEX Pedal (which is all the buyer needs, it will unlock the associated software automatically when registered) as well. If you don't see that, please check your junk/spam folder for that email and if you still can't find it IK Support will be able to assist.
