Superreverb and Pushed 800 missing?

Hi,

I'm just getting started with the Tonex One pedal and loving it. It appears that the pedal came loaded with two models I like. These are called Superreverb and Pushed 800. However, it seems that if I replace these models in the pedal's two preset slots, then they're gone forever, as I can't find them when searching through the models I have locally or on ToneNet. For context, I have the Tonex SE Collections which include the Cali '65 amps collection (which I thought should have the Superreverb preset) and the 800 & 900 Collection (which I thought should have the Pushed 800 preset). Any insight or advice anyone can provide would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

Fantastic! Glad that helped. I think it is a cool little feature that the engineers worked in where the software knows what edition hardware you are connecting (TONEX Pedal, TONEX One, TONEX Pedal Anniversary Edition, the upcoming TONEX ONE Joe Satriani, etc) and will put the right pre-loaded presets back on.
