Error while transferring presets

Hi,

I've just received my tonex pedal. Soundwise it's great but when I try to connect the pedal through the tonex software, it take ages to sync (hours long but I can still access the presets loaded inside the pedal) and the process fails showing the error message "Error while transferring presets, please disconnect and reconnect your Tonex pedal and try again".
After this message I can access tonenet preset but I can't modify the presets.

Everytime I connect the pedal to the software, it's the same painful process.

I've just bought a pack for the studio rats and I get the same message whenever I try to insert the files from the presets to the library.

I tried to join IK tech support but I've experienced a few issues [mod redacted, unnecessary]
Then I tried the "Contact Us" page and I'm still waiting for an answer.

So if anyone ever encounter such an issue with any way to get through the problem, I'm all ears.

I am also having the exact same issue with the same error messages. I have tried different cables. It only transfers about 40% before ultimately giving an error. I have the latest updates and firmware.
Anyone?

Has anyone managed to resolve this problem?
