Return Tonex One- License transfer credit?

Hi,
I bought a Tonex One from Amazon UK and I am thinking of returning it to get the Tonex pedal instead. I was checking how to unregister the product and it looks like that I have to buy a License transfer credit?!
Surely that can't be right? Is there something I am missing?

There is no charge to transfer TONEX ONE.
