Tonex software white noise

Hi guys!

I bought Tonex One recently and installed TONEX software. When I use Librarian to select presets, I hear white noise (I assume it is to protect some models from MAX version?). How can I filter these presets in TONEX software to see only presets that are included in the Tonex version?

Another thing I don't understand is when I select one of the presets and it says "This model is included in Tonex SE, Tonex, Tonex Max", but I still hear the noise. Doesn't make sense

Could you please help me with these issues?
