I just bought TONE X pedal recently and I've been experimenting.
I have the following questions, maybe someone can help me:
1) I was tweaking a preset and wanted to save, used the banks options then saved, but I overwrote the first preset of the pedal (Q.UK 800). I tried the factory reset option but can't get it back. Is there a way to restore that?
2) When I adjust the noise gate for a preset, and then change to another and return to the first one, the noise is back, it doesn't remain like I tweaked it. Any tips to get over this? how can I save the noise gate for a preset?
3) Which is the software I need to download to save other people presets/tones? is that software included with my pedal purchase?
