Backup/copying Tone Models to new computer

I'm about to get a new computer and would like to back up the free Tone Models I downloaded from ToneNet. Hoping it's possible to move them between computers easily... What is the path they are downloaded to? Or is there something more to it?

I'm on Mac but I'm guessing that Windows users might like to know as well.

I'm a Windows user, but I believe it can be done by backing up the database file created by the Tonex install. The file is just named "Library" in Windows, it's probably on your system somewhere in the install directory.
