UNO DRUM second hand Registration

Hello,

i have bought UNO DRUM second hand with serial.
Want to register but only Code 101
Want to install DRUM ANTHOLOGY and wrote to support
but they tell me i cannot get another serial.
Why can i not be registered with the serial on the card with uno drum.
Every other seller of music equipment can do this.

So is it the fact you have to buy only new to get everything working ?

Please help, i do not understand this philosophie.

Support can give you access to firmware updates and drivers for any secondhand purchase. If you feel you should receive the additional anthologies please reply to your support ticket and let them know as the admins/mods/users of this forum cannot assist with that request. Thank you.

The support says there is no chance receiving the Drum Anthologie due to their software policy.
Remarkable disappointing and there is no statement why.

That is not a driver/firmware so that is probably why. They will normally supply those as they are sometimes critical to the functioning of the hardware.
