Is there a way to backup all the factory patches? I am new and want to play but don't want to loose the factory patches. That is the 80 that can be changed. Is there a way to back it all up?

You will need to use the UNO Editor to save and/or load them. They are also available online at IK Multimedia in a zipped file, you can then keep them on your computer or iPad/iPhone etc.

Thanks for the reply. I have submitted a full backup and restore as a upgrade suggestion.
