Can you use irig I/O to control UNO synth?

Has anyone tried to control UNO synth with irig keys I/O?

iRig Keys I/O does not have 5-pin MIDI connectors so you would not be able to connect them together directly. However, using DAW software, you can use iRig Keys I/O as a MIDI controller and route that to UNO Synth via the Editor plugin.
