iloud mtm mk2 can't find the Serial Number

I just received my MTM MK2, but I can't find their serial numbers anywhere. I can't register them or download X-Monitor either. Can someone help me?

Actually, I just want to download and install X-Monitor, but the IK Multimedia product manager doesn't recognize the hardware. Do I need to register manually? Or can I download X-Monitor from another source?

Your serial number is on a card included in the box. If you don't have or cannot find that please contact IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw and they will assist you.
