iLoud Micro Monitor - background/white noise (((

Yesterday I bought iLoud micro monitor

They sound great, the only annoying thing is the constant background/white noise (hiss). It does not depend on the outlet, the source, or the wires - it is always there. Of course, when music is playing, it is not audible, but if you listen to music at a low volume, it becomes distinguishable. It's like they're lofi speakers)

Is this a factory defect? Or is it like this for everyone?
