ARC software installed in my studio

I have the ARC software installed in my studio for room correction, and I apply it on the main fader when recording. I recently bought iLoud MTM Studio Monitors and I'm curious if using both the internal ARC of the monitors and the ARC software in my DAW will negatively affect the sound quality of the MTM monitors.
