ARC System 3 (Software only) Crossgrade Pricing [Resolved]

Hello!

Before I registered my new iLoud MTMs I checked, that ARC System 3 (Software only) is available as Crossgrade. The original price was €99.99, but after I registered I checked the Crossgrade price, it says still €99.99.

It there a mistake in a shop pricing or did I miss something?

99.99 is the crossgrade price of ARC 3 software only. You must have had a qualifying product in your IK account before iLoud MTM if you had already qualified for the crossgrade.

What I mean is, that 99.99 is also regular price for ARC 3 software only, according to the IK Shop. So there is no advantage for IK customers who are qualified for the Crossgrade. Do I understand it correctly?

I didn't had any Crossgrade yet. So I can use the Crossgrade only once per each qualifying product?

If yes, then the pricing really doesn't make any sense to me at all.
