Good day,
I have had the iLoud Micro Monitors for two months now. I use them connected to my computer via Bluetooth as multimedia speakers and as speakers for the ToneX One when playing guitar. After about a month of using them, I noticed that the LED on one of the speakers started to glow red – both when idle and when using the ToneX One. It is worth noting that I had previously set the input control knob correctly, as per the instructions. I will also add that the Volume knob in iLoud is set to minimum power. However, when the speakers are used as audio output from the computer (e.g. for listening to music or watching movies), the LED stops lighting up completely. Apart from that, the speakers work perfectly and the sound quality is very good – however, I am concerned that the red LED may indicate some hardware problem that may lead to further damage over time. I would be very grateful for your help in determining the cause of this problem and what I can do about it.
