iLoud MTM mkII blue led no sound, bricked?

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a new pair of MTM MKII speakers, and they worked flawlessly for the first few days. However, one of the speakers suddenly started showing a red blinking LED. After powering it off and on again, it became stuck on a solid blue LED.

I’ve tried performing a factory reset and firmware recovery. The firmware recovery initially worked, with a success message from X-Monitor. However, after powering it off and leaving it for 10 minutes before turning it back on, the issue returned. Now, it’s stuck on the blue LED again, with no sound or backlight.

I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
