iLoud MTM QC Problem with hiss noise

Hi everyone,

I ordered the iloud MTM brand new from Amazon UK.
After I had used near 3 days, it plays some coil whine or hiss noise randomly 2-3 times for several minutes daily.
Very disappointed!!

Does anyone know to fix it by software?

Hi Peter,

I reported it yesterday, but you guys are not follow up yet.

For more information:
1. If I only plug the power cable without any cable, it still makes noise. 
2. If I restart the speaker when it makes noise, it still makes happen. 
3. If I turn on DFU mode, the noise is missing. Then turn off the DFU mode, the noise is back.
4. I updated the firmware to be 1.2.2.
5. Tried move the speaker from right to left, it still makes happen.

Thank you Peter,
I am still waiting you guys supporting, and still disappointed.

Now the speaker makes noise all the time.
Hopefully, after my report, no other people will receive the bad speaker in the future.
