iLoud Micro Bluetooth button

Hello,
I have a pair of iLoud Micro Monitors but the Bluetooth button isn't working. I think it may have been pushed inside the unit. Is there a way to open and release it?
When I push the rubber bluetooth button, there's no click and the led doesn't flash blue
Alternatively is there a way to repair it?
