iLoud Micro Speakers Channel Issue?

Yesterday, I received my iLoud Micro speaker set and connected them to my PC and MacBook Pro. However, I noticed that when any device is connected via 3.5mm to RCA, the channels are reversed. The speakers are on the correct sides with the red connection going to red and white to white. On the other hand, when devices are connected to the 3.5mm input, they output to the correct left/right channels. I have tried using a different RCA to 3.5mm cable and changed devices, but the issue persists only when connected to RCA. Is my unit defective? Before exchanging it at the store, I would like to confirm if this is a common problem.

Did you try a different cable? I'd bet that the cable is the issue rather than the speakers. Best would be to report any issue like this to IK Support and they can troubleshoot directly with you and assist you http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support
