I would like to purchase iLoud Precision MTM - Pair, as well as iLoud Precision Remote Controller.

But I'm wondering, does each speaker require an individual controller, or can one single controller be used on both speakers?

No, the controller is set to work with the pair.
The controller works in sync through the X-Monitor software.
