iLoud MTM - restart without any reason

I have freshly purchased a pair of IK multimedia iLoud MTM monitors.
Unfortunately one of them keeps on restarting.
--> There comes a purple light followed by a few blinking white lights. (during this the speaker is restarting and stops producing any sound)
I have read that this could be the consequence of overloading them. However they do that even while not being in use, and my music is overall not too loud.
This is quite an annoying issue as the restart happens quite regularly.

The iLoud MTM manual will detail what any LED light colors/etc indicate. I'd suggest taking a look there and reporting the issue directly to IK Support for official assistance as they would be best-equipped to help in cases like yours.

I am having this same problem. The speakers restart and the pink light blinks several times for a few seconds before sound is heard again.
