MODO Drum kits not downloading

Hi there,

I bought Modo Drum today and the basic studio kit is installed and working correctly; however, when I try to install other kits from Product Manager, the PM says it’s installing, but the progress bar never moves and no data is downloaded.

Any help appreciated. Mac Pro M1 Mini, Ventura, 32GB RAM, SSD has > 500GB space.

Hi, please make sure that the download folder (set in the settings) has the proper permissions to be written to. That may resolve this for you.
