shed light on the file names and sizes

I tested MODO DRUM FREE with the Studio kit, which was about 3GB, and upgraded to MODO DRUM SE for the Jazz kit, resulting in a total size of 6.39GB. Despite being a modeling tool, it seems that each kit requires around 3GB of space, which surprised me. However, looking at the file sizes, I'm confused about why there are separate COMMON ELEMENTS and FACTORYCONTENT paks with similar sizes. Can someone with MODO DRUM 1.5 and all 13 kits share the total size or shed light on the file names and sizes?

the drums are modeled. the cymbals are sampled.
